The Reverend Altagracia Pérez-Bullard, PhD serves as the Canon for Congregational Vitality in the Episcopal Diocese of New York. For the past 30 years she has served Christ through the church as a priest, community leader, organizer and scholar, in New York City, South Los Angeles, and Lower West Side of Chicago. She has served multicultural, bilingual congregations and worked for living wage and worker’s rights, HIV/AIDS and an end to health disparities, youth empowerment, and issues of accessibility and inclusion. Her work in Practical Theology focuses on leadership development, liberative pedagogy, and organizational change.
